CONSULTATION

Integral Workplace Health can provide consultation to general questions about psychological health and safety as well as specific consultation regarding your unique workplace or troubling situations with individual workers or teams.

ASSESSMENT

Guarding Minds @ Work

Integral Workplace Health can manage the Guarding Minds @ Work initial scan as well as the company-wide PH&S survey for you. Guarding Minds@Work is a complimentary online survey that allows your organization to understand the status of PHS in your company and make a decision on how you want to move forward.

We will provide promotion and participant attraction, interpretation of the report as well as optional recommendations.

Workplace Experience Scan (WES)

The WES is a short survey that can be administered to all your employees. The results will give you insight into strengths and stress risk factors within your organization at overall organizational level as well as team and department level. You will get information on the following factors:

  • Sources of stress
  • Personality characteristics and coping
  • Effects of stress

The WES is available in English, French, Dutch and Spanish.

Integral Workplace Health can provide consultation to help you understand what the results mean for your organization as well as help you design and implement an action plan

Independent Psychological Workability Assessment

The ability for employees to remain in the workplace and to return after a period of absence is influenced by modifiable psychosocial factors such as support (at home and at work), anxiety, workplace relations and work distribution. Return to work is often delayed due to psychosocial factors beyond the employee recovery period.

The voluntary Independent Psychological Workability Assessment allows employees and employers to understand individual and workplace related psychological concerns affecting employee functioning. By offering recommendations the employer and employee can strategize together to proactively keep the employee in the workplace or facilitate return to work.

Integral Workplace Health offers the IPWA in collaboration with Bcerta Occupational Health. The IPWA is available in 36 countries in the local language as well as in English.
